Location: Gym of the High-School Michelstadt, Erbacher Straße, 64720 Michelstadt and Odenwaldhall Michelstadt (Germany)

Tournament committee: Executive officers of Hessian Table-Tennis Association
Tournament Referee: is acquired by the executive officert
Playing conditions: Single competition starts in groups and continues afterwards with KO rounds through to finals (Attention: competitions with more than 32 contestants start with KO rounds).
Double competition: matches are played with KO system. It is possible to start in two or more competitions except there is a time overlap.

Closing date: May 20th 2009 – late entries will be accepted up to 45 minutes before the competition starts. It is also necessary to register contestants 45 minutes in advance of the start of a competition.
Event Fee: 5,– € a contestant/event
Opening times: 60 Minutes in advance of the days first competition.

Playing Conditions: Play throughout will be on 30 Tables with Butterfly 3* white balls. Competitors must wear rubber-soled shoes and clothing which complies with ITTF and DTTB Tournament regulations. All matches will be played according to the Rules and Regulations of the ITTF and the DTTB.
Awards: Awards, cups and medals amounting to 10.000,– €!
Single competition:
· The best contestants of each competition will receive certificates, medals, and other valuable rewards;
· The winner of each competition receives additionally a valuable cup as well as an original Timo Boll jersey;
· The contestants of the quarter finals are honoured with certificates, small presents and free tickets for the German Table Tennis League for the season 2009/10 and a free jersey from the competition;
· A special Award (Timo Boll Cup) will be received by the club with the best contestants;
· Another special award will be received by the club with the most starters;
· A fair play cup will be awarded to the sportsman or sportswoman who has shown the fairest and youngest behaviour during the competition;
Double competition:
· The best contestants will receive certificates, medals and presents.
· Fa. Matchball is present in the entrancehall with a lot of table tennis racks, rubbers, shirts and shorts
Accommodation:
· We will organize a possibility to camp for free directly in front of the sports hall and we will also organize and arrange cheap accommodation for whose who do not want to stay in tents.
Prices for Coaches:
· On Sunday, May 24th 2009, 14:00, parents and coaches can win original shirts from the european table tennis superstars and 4 free-flights-tours over the odenwald (normaly every flight 130 €) with a Cesna from the michelstadt airport;
